- On Street
- There are 3 steps
- As people come in different heights and sizes I don’t feel I can be as effective in an hour session. I prioritize with the clients to address the most important issues first followed by secondary issues in subsequent treatments
- People’s tolerance levels are different. You should never be in pain. There can be moments of discomfort that can require deeper breathing, maybe a few break. Again it needs to be within a level of tolerance for the person.
- Pressure is subjective. I do what I can be it light/ moderate/ deep while keeping myself safe in order to address the needs of the client.
- Communication is key for me. I will check in throughout a treatment, which provides you, the patient to let me know if modification needs to occur.
- It is all about a person’s comfort. I have treated people clothed, athletic attire like sports bra and shorts, men with athletic shorts, and lastly I do work on the skin but ask that underwear remains on and I will drape you accordingly to keep you covered other than the area I am working on.
- Yes I do. 24 hour’s notice is required to cancel, otherwise the short notice/ no show fee applies. This fee is required to be cleared before a client can rebook.
- No, as I have others booked after you I have to follow my schedule. The late-cancel / no-show fee will need to be paid before rebooking/ next treatment.
EXAMPLE: If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will have 40-45 minutes that remain. I will do my best to treat what I can in that remaining time. The full time is billed for even if you are late. Please, arrive safely.
- If you have been around anyone sick or aren’t feeling 100%, YES you need to wear a mask.
- No. I understand you don’t want to cancel and you need your treatment. Please reschedule your appointment if you are not well. 24-hour Short notice cancellation fee/ policy applies.
- Yes, as I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
- NO, however some health care plans require it.
- 400lbs
- Complete health history and any other forms emailed to you and resubmit.
- Bring a pair of athletic shorts and a tank top/ sports bra as they may be required for movement related techniques
- **Kindly reframe from smoking 2 hours before an appointment, wearing strong perfume/ cologne, and shower before to wash any dirt, chemicals, salts, and minerals off that could clog pores, minimize transference to myself, stain the linens I use, when mixed with massage lotion.
- Out of respect for myself and clients sensitive to strong odors I appreciate your cooperation.
